Updated Belarus Radio/Telecom requirements (TR 2018/024/BY) will come into force 17.02.2024

Belarus Radio/Telecom requirements (TR 2018/024/BY) were updated with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of Belarus No.: 532 dated August 14.2023 and will come into force 17.02.2024.

Radio/Telecom products as well as end products containing RF modules (e.g. notebook or washing machine, TV, etc. containing Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/etc.) need to have a Belarus Approval in acc. with TR/2018/024/BY. Conformity approval is performed in form of Certification or Declaration (specific lists of products which are subject to Certification or Declaration procedure are provided in the Annexes 1 and 2 respectively of TR/2018/024/BY). Local testing in Belarus is required both for Certification and Declaration. The approved products shall be marked with mandatory TR BY mark when supplied to Belarus market.
